Heat Exchanger Information and Pictures

The following pictures show the hook up and pipes of the heat exchanger for the Swingfire heater.

Heat exchanger right side water pipe and exhaust pipe Heat exchanger left side water pipe

Heat exchanger pipes going up the side of the block, one pipe connects to head other to the block ..

Heat exchanger cap in place. The solid pipe you see here is the hot exhaust out to the battery box. The hot water pipe is just behind the solid one. The exhaust pipe going back to the battery box.

Heat exchanger cap removed. Looking inside the heat exchanger chamber.

Heat exchanger pipe going into rear of battery box heat chamber. Here you can make out the upper water connector to the head between plugs 4 and 5.
